Job Description

Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across various departments. You will be the central hub for organizing timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring all milestones are met efficiently and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and track progress toward goals

• Assist with defining project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation

• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations

• Identify potential risks and propose solutions proactively

• Support team meetings, scheduling, and status updates

• Maintain adherence to company procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not required)
