Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Specialist to support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting messages, coordinating outreach, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit clear and engaging communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, briefing documents, and reports

  • Coordinate internal communications and support team-wide messaging strategies

  • Assist in the planning and execution of public-facing campaigns and corporate initiatives

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare performance and impact reports

  • Support crisis communication planning and execution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, project teams, and leadership to ensure cohesive messaging

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or public affairs role

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Familiarity with AP style and professional writing standards
