We are seeking a driven and resourceful Leadership Development Associate to support our training and development programs aimed at grooming future leaders. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leadership, organizational behavior, and driving performance through people. As a key player in our development team, you will coordinate programs, mentor emerging talent, and contribute to organizational success by shaping leadership potential.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing leadership training initiatives
Support the coordination of internal workshops, mentorship programs, and seminars
Conduct research on leadership trends, models, and best practices
Track participant progress and prepare development reports
Provide coaching support to new associates and future leaders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership needs and opportunities
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in training, development, or talent management (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
