Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the execution of our internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a proactive mindset. You will play a vital role in ensuring consistent messaging and coordination across departments and client channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and memos

• Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns and media outreach

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on messaging and tone

• Draft and edit content for corporate announcements and stakeholder updates

• Maintain and update company documentation and communication databases

• Monitor communication performance and prepare reports on effectiveness

• Support event planning and public relations initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or writing-based role

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content editing tools
