We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Boston. This role is critical to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact, understanding client needs and aligning them with SharpContra’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships

  • Understand client business goals and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations

  • Conduct regular meetings to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

  • Resolve client issues promptly, effectively, and professionally

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance client experience

  • Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders regarding account performance

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management or account management

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
