We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. You will work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information and solutions

  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer concerns

  • Identify patterns in support requests and suggest improvements to processes and services

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Uphold the company’s standards for customer care and communication

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers
