Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. This role involves working closely with the sales department to enhance customer satisfaction, coordinate sales activities, and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to thrive in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing sales orders and managing customer accounts

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system

  • Support the sales team with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve basic customer service issues

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services

  • Prepare documentation and assist in organizing sales campaigns

  • Monitor inventory and product availability as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
