We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to join our Birmingham-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth. You will play a key part in expanding our client base and increasing revenue by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective clients in target industries
Initiate contact with potential leads through calls, emails, and networking
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and offer solutions
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications
Represent Messa Sync at industry events, meetings, and presentations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Familiarity with market research and lead generation practices
