We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to join our Birmingham-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth. You will play a key part in expanding our client base and increasing revenue by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective clients in target industries

  • Initiate contact with potential leads through calls, emails, and networking

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and offer solutions

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications

  • Represent Messa Sync at industry events, meetings, and presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Familiarity with market research and lead generation practices
