Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer follow-up

  • Track inventory and order processing

  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and client communications

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative assistance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
