Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Representative to join our Washington, DC team. This role is crucial in maintaining long-term partnerships and ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and care. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, managing communications, resolving issues, and contributing to the overall customer experience strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, account management, or similar roles
