We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Representative to join our Washington, DC team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, resolving inquiries, and providing effective solutions that align with the client’s needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and account updates in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activity.

  • Provide recommendations and support to improve client satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor account performance and proactively identify areas for growth or improvement.

  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client management, or account coordination.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
