Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Brand Promoter to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent our clients’ brands at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns. You will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and consumer loyalty through face-to-face interactions and strategic brand messaging.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at promotional events, in-store campaigns, and community outreach programs

• Engage with potential customers and communicate key brand messages effectively

• Distribute promotional materials and samples to generate interest and awareness

• Track customer interactions and feedback to report campaign performance

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign strategies and execution

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

• Set up and break down event displays or promotional booths when required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus

• Prior experience in promotions, sales, customer service, or brand representation preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings

• Reliable, outgoing, and self-motivated personality

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift promotional materials when necessary
