We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our support team. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience at every step. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, empathetic listener, and problem solver who can maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns related to property listings, account management, and service issues

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve our service

  • Support onboarding of new clients by assisting with setup and guidance

  • Identify trends in customer feedback and report to management for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a client-facing role (real estate experience is a plus)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Proficiency in customer support software and CRM tools

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
