We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our support team. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience at every step. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, empathetic listener, and problem solver who can maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns related to property listings, account management, and service issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve our service
Support onboarding of new clients by assisting with setup and guidance
Identify trends in customer feedback and report to management for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer support or a client-facing role (real estate experience is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Proficiency in customer support software and CRM tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
