We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to support our senior financial executives in daily operations, account management, and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of financial data, client communication, and administrative support in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist executives in managing client accounts, financial records, and project timelines

  • Prepare and review financial reports, invoices, and statements with accuracy

  • Maintain organized account databases and ensure up-to-date client documentation

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate internal communications, and manage calendars

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and client proposals

  • Liaise with clients and partners to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate information flow

  • Track deadlines and assist in monitoring account performance metrics

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or account support roles (real estate sector preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

  • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
