Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of real estate and community events that reflect our brand and engage our audiences. From open houses to networking mixers and promotional events, your coordination will help bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site and off-site events

• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent branding

• Conduct site visits, arrange logistics, and oversee setup/breakdown

• Track event success metrics and prepare post-event reports

• Ensure all events comply with safety, legal, and organizational standards

• Handle guest registration, correspondence, and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools

• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
