Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in real estate account management. You’ll be responsible for assisting senior account managers, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction levels through excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Account Management team in servicing client portfolios

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates

• Monitor account activities and ensure accurate documentation

• Assist in developing property reports, proposals, and presentations

• Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and company offerings

• Participate in team meetings and provide input on account strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
