We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional efforts, and supporting brand visibility across property listings and campaigns. Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms
Prepare marketing materials for property listings, open houses, and events
Track campaign performance and generate marketing reports
Conduct competitor and market research
Support cross-functional teams with branding and communication needs
Collaborate with designers, writers, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging
Assist in managing marketing schedules and content calendars
Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within real estate or property development
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, CRM platforms)
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking abilities
