We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in New Orleans, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, assisting with property inquiries, coordinating client communications, and supporting our internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication

  • Schedule appointments and property viewings in coordination with sales agents

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining service offerings

  • Resolve client concerns with efficiency and courtesy

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations

  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing service requests or open tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive and professional demeanor

  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
