We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction through clear communication, timely solutions, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern and providing appropriate solutions
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer trends to improve overall service
Monitor and follow up on customer orders, returns, and general requests
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
