We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction through clear communication, timely solutions, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern and providing appropriate solutions

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer trends to improve overall service

  • Monitor and follow up on customer orders, returns, and general requests

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
