We are seeking a professional and articulate Communications Representative to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for managing internal and external communications, crafting messages that align with company values, and ensuring consistent representation across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and communicator, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute clear and consistent messaging across various channels

  • Draft internal announcements, newsletters, and corporate documents

  • Coordinate communication strategies with internal teams and stakeholders

  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefing materials, and reports

  • Manage public-facing correspondence and client communication

  • Monitor brand messaging to ensure alignment with company goals

  • Support event communication and logistics when necessary

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications-related role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Familiarity with internal communications tools and platforms is a plus
