Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Representative to manage and grow client accounts by providing top-tier support and communication. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments

• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities

• Assist with client onboarding and provide product or service education

• Prepare reports and documentation related to client accounts

• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through ongoing engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, account management, or customer service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
