Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring efficient and professional support through various communication channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concerns and determining the best solution

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends

  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team projects

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or service role

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
