Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities, manage incoming calls, welcome visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Customer service orientation
