We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team in Tampa. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are passionate about leadership, communication strategy, and professional development. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, team leadership, and campaign execution while working directly with senior team members.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies and projects
Participate in leadership training and shadow executive-level meetings
Support internal teams with research, data analysis, and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Attend and contribute to training sessions, workshops, and team briefings
Take initiative on team leadership tasks and process improvements
Learn and apply leadership principles in a fast-paced, real-world environment
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field (or in progress)
Strong interest in leadership and professional development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
