Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of internal and client-based projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and is committed to keeping operations running smoothly across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve issues that may affect project delivery.

• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Communicate regularly with internal departments and external partners.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

• PMP certification (preferred but not required).
