Sphirea Plus is seeking a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Representative to manage and nurture client accounts. This role is essential in building long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and skilled in client communication.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client needs and provide timely and effective solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and concerns
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Resolve any issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally
Participate in client meetings and review sessions as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence
