Sphirea Plus is seeking a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Representative to manage and nurture client accounts. This role is essential in building long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and skilled in client communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Understand client needs and provide timely and effective solutions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

  • Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and concerns

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services

  • Resolve any issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally

  • Participate in client meetings and review sessions as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence
