We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Receptionist to join our front-desk team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties

  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
