You will work closely with our design and operations teams to deliver outstanding service and exceed client expectations.

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests

  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and accuracy

  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and project updates

  • Track project milestones and proactively communicate timelines

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions

  • Assist with problem resolution and escalate issues when necessary

  • Support account growth and retention efforts
