We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and real estate. You will support the execution of campaigns, assist in developing marketing strategies, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities

  • Support promotional initiatives and coordinate marketing events

  • Create and proofread marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and property listings

  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand alignment across all channels

  • Manage and update the company's website and internal content as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or similar role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Interest or experience in the real estate industry is a plus
