We are seeking a results-driven Account Representative to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys client interaction, strategic problem-solving, and managing a portfolio of accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met

  • Track and report account performance and client feedback

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and reporting tools

  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
