We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into future leaders within the organization. The selected candidate will participate in a structured development program, rotating through key departments, and working closely with senior leadership to gain insights and experience in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in hands-on training across key business areas including operations, client services, and project management

  • Collaborate with department leaders on critical projects to drive business outcomes

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency

  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives

  • Deliver presentations and reports to senior management on performance and progress

  • Attend workshops, leadership sessions, and cross-functional meetings to develop core leadership competencies

  • Support company culture by promoting collaboration, integrity, and innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a corporate or leadership-track role preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
