We are currently seeking a talented and organized Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting internal and external communication efforts to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with our brand identity. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with exceptional writing skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage internal communications across departments

  • Write and edit company newsletters, memos, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate public announcements, press releases, and stakeholder updates

  • Assist leadership with speech writing and corporate messaging

  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all communication materials

  • Support event planning and communication strategy for internal initiatives

  • Monitor and evaluate communication performance and suggest improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications, PR, or content creation role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
