Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Modesto, CA. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the management of client accounts, supporting campaign development, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of client accounts

• Coordinate and support account activities, campaigns, and deliverables

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports

• Help maintain positive client relationships through timely communication

• Conduct market research and support in strategy planning

• Ensure all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
