We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Baton Rouge team. This role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for resolving product issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related issues efficiently

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of client concerns

  • Provide detailed product information and guidance to customers

  • Identify patterns in support requests to help improve product documentation and user experience

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer support or related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software and help desk tools is a plus
