Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Account Representative to join our Washington, DC office. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their accounts are managed efficiently and their needs are met with professionalism and accuracy. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams

  • Manage and update customer accounts with accuracy and timeliness

  • Resolve client inquiries, issues, or concerns in a professional manner

  • Monitor account activity to ensure compliance and satisfaction

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and retention

  • Prepare and deliver reports on account status as needed

  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to support client needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
