We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through project completion. Your ability to manage relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and provide high-level support will be essential to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

  • Support account management and project coordination activities

  • Track client satisfaction and provide feedback to enhance service delivery

  • Prepare and deliver reports, updates, and presentations as needed

  • Ensure all client requests are followed up efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or account coordination

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
