We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you will manage existing client relationships and pursue new business opportunities, delivering exceptional service and sales support that align with our company’s values and client goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to align sales efforts with company goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems
Attend networking events and industry conferences to generate leads and promote services
Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client relations
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
