Job Description

We are seeking a professional and personable Client Relationship Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction through consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and an in-depth understanding of client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate client meetings, feedback sessions, and progress reviews

• Monitor service performance and recommend improvements

• Assist with contract renewals, proposals, and documentation

• Report regularly to management on account status and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or sales support

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

• A proactive and customer-oriented mindset
