We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This individual will manage internal and external communications, ensure message consistency, and support the development of engaging content that enhances the company's brand and mission. Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications, newsletters, and announcements

  • Support the creation of press releases, company reports, and client-facing documents

  • Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events and campaigns

  • Track communication metrics and report on engagement and impact

  • Maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across written materials

  • Manage internal communications tools and platforms

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
