Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our growing client portfolio. In this entry-level role, you will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring timely execution of projects. Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in handling client accounts and daily communications

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials

• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Conduct market research to support campaign development

• Attend meetings and help prepare client presentations and reports

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions

• Provide administrative support and follow-up as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or marketing

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
