We are seeking a proactive and driven Market Development Representative to join our Madison-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and laying the groundwork for long-term business relationships. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive awareness and generate qualified leads for our services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends

  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools

  • Assist in the development and execution of outreach strategies

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation with campaign goals

  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on market feedback and performance

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer outreach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
