Nexmos Design is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate sales efforts, and help execute events that align with our creative vision. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads for event sales opportunities
Coordinate sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure event goals are met
Serve as a point of contact for clients during the planning and execution phases
Maintain accurate records of client communications and project details
Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional materials and event logistics
Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in event coordination, sales, or account management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
