Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Grand Rapids team. This role supports our sales team by managing client communications, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to close.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales representatives with administrative and operational support

  • Manage and update customer records and sales databases

  • Respond to client inquiries and schedule appointments

  • Prepare and follow up on sales documents, proposals, and reports

  • Monitor inventory and manage order processing

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service

  • Support event coordination and product promotions as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred

  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
