We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to provide top-tier assistance to our clients and ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, offering prompt solutions, technical guidance, and product knowledge in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems

  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved

  • Identify patterns in customer feedback to recommend process or product improvements

  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base articles and user guides

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a client support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticket tools

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
