We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Representative to support our client service team. In this role, you will assist in managing client accounts, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective service. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day communication with client accounts

  • Coordinate project updates and deliverables across departments

  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients

  • Conduct research and compile insights to support client strategies

  • Monitor account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

  • Participate in meetings and help resolve client inquiries in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with senior account managers to ensure overall account success

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in account coordination, sales, or customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
