We are seeking a passionate and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a professional eager to support leadership training initiatives, facilitate strategic projects, and contribute to the long-term development of high-potential individuals. You will work closely with senior leaders to design, implement, and evaluate leadership programs across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs
Support talent and succession planning initiatives
Conduct research and analysis on leadership trends and best practices
Coordinate leadership workshops, seminars, and events
Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development goals
Monitor progress and gather feedback to improve program effectiveness
Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal use
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR support
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A passion for personal growth and leadership development
