We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience by providing timely and effective assistance. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve inquiries, support our service processes, and help maintain our high customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Assist with order processing, account updates, and issue resolution
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service procedures
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high service quality standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
1+ years of experience in customer support or administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
