We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and department managers to support talent development initiatives, implement training strategies, and guide individuals through their professional growth journeys. Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of leadership development programs

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching initiatives

  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify leadership potential and learning needs

  • Monitor program effectiveness and provide continuous improvement recommendations

  • Maintain documentation and reporting related to development outcomes

  • Assist in the design of performance improvement tools and resources

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and performance metrics

  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset

  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
