In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

  • Provide product and service information to existing and prospective customers

  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is met

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
