Beloform is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring each interaction meets our high standards of service and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and committed to delivering top-tier client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support needs

  • Coordinate onboarding and follow-up processes for new and existing clients

  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction across touchpoints

  • Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the client journey

  • Prepare client reports and present feedback to management

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client-facing roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
